To expedite the processing of your requests, please specify the exact parts you require. Photographs are ideal as an email attachment. Please also provide the aeroplane type, serial number, registration mark.
Our spare parts sales process is as follows: First, you must approve the quote we send you. Then, we’ll prepare your order by packing the items into a parcel, which we’ll then weigh and measure. This allows us to calculate the shipping and packaging costs, which you’ll see on the pro forma invoice. Once you’ve paid the invoice and we’ve received the payment, we’ll ship your order.
Since some (especially older) products and parts are not held in stock, their production will only begin after your payments have been credited to our account. Therefore, please be aware that production and delivery may take several weeks.
